"I can't thank her enough!"

I had constant pins and needles in my finger tips for one day, when I woke up the next day it was my whole hand that had constant pins and needles, it carried on for hours and I started to panic. I work for the NHS so I knew to phone 111. I spoke to a very calm and collected lady who made me feel very relaxed and to keep calm. She asked me certain questions about myself and my symptoms and I answered them and always received a positive response from the operator. She managed to get me a appointment at hillingdon hospital that same day! It turns out I have carpel tunnel syndrome. Overall I am very grateful to the operator for everything she done for me, and I can't thank her enough!
