Waiting area (dingy with awful music)
The attitude of the doctor I saw - don't know his name - he didn't introduce himself nor was he wearing a name badge. He was arrogant and dismissive. he wouldn't/couldn't answer my questions (these were of a straightforward nature such as how long I would be out of action, prognosis etc) instead he just wanted to get me on a list so that he could operate and "have a look" - I felt he just wanted me out of the door and the next patient in

I have asked for a referral to an alternative hospital
