"PMB Clinic - Gynaecology"

I was extremely impressed by the care I received in the gynaecology clinic this week when I was referred urgently by my GP. My local hospital was unable to see me within the two week rule so I opted to come to West Suffolk. The care I received from start to finish was excellent. I appreciated the Gynaecology Nurse Specialist quickly responding to my call the morning of my appt for advice. I found all the staff in the clinic friendly, responsive and caring. I was seen for my ultrasound scan before my allotted appt time which was very welcome. There was a wait to see the doctor but the clinic nurse made sure that we knew how many people were ahead of us and that we would be seen soon. Little touches like this make a big difference when you're feeling anxious and waiting for a consultation. Thank you West Suffolk Hospital, your staff demonstrated all that is good about the NHS.
