"Emergency Department - RBH"

Following an unwell episode I attended the Maternity Assessment Unit via the Emergency Department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have received by the NHS. The Emergency Department dealt with me promptly, recognised my symptoms, and referred me on. The Dr who assessed me introduced them self and i felt listened to the symptoms I was experiencing. I felt reassured by the actions which were taken. Often in the press this type of experience is not portrayed and I want to thank the Trust for my positive experience.
