"A day to look forward to"

Warsop Children's Centre has a fantastic Babbling babes group which I would highly recomment to everyone. We have attended this group twice a month ever since my baby was only a few weeks old and have not only enjoyed every session but have also gained many skills and aquired loys of knowledge around child development. The leaders arranged weaning specialists to come in who gave me information and ideas to cook fresh for my child, ensuring he has has the healthiest diet possible. They always plan the following sessions with you which ensures your child gets the most out if every session. For example when my child was taking his first steps they would encourage him to pull himself up, walk along soft play and set out walkers. he not only enjoyed this and got a lot of physical development from this but also gave me ideas for home, consequently he was walking in a matter of weeks.

I reallly liked receiving the information about 'tracking' his development as it helped me to understand what my child should be able to do and when, and what we needed to work on next. most of all the leaders are friendly and extremely helpful which made Thursdays a day to look forward too: -)
