"I had an appointment at the chest ..."

What I liked I had an appointment at the chest clinic (I'm asthmatic) and I was so impressed by the way I was treated that I wanted to comment. My doctor was wonderful. He was friendly, funny, approachable and respectful. He involved me 100% in my treatment plan and not once did I feel patronised or belittled, as can be the case with some doctors. I was the last patient of the day and even though he'd had a long and obviously busy day, he still made time to get to know me and made me feel at ease. Thank you for treating me like a human being instead of a number.
