"Emergency dental treatment"

About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

Went to the Dental Hospital for 8.15.a.m. as I was under the impression that the hospital would treat people with trauma to their teeth. There were 8 people in front of me, we each received a form to fill in about illness and medication, double sided. Filled the form in and waited, not long, my number was then called. I went into a small booth where a nurse or receptionist sat, I sat down and within 60 seconds they told me that if I had a dentist to go to them, or they could give me a number to find out where NHS dentists operate as they only had junior staff on. Why is it that your website says one thing but in actual fact the information is totally untrue. Surely that is misrepresentation and should be removed from the website and others like myself will not waste their time because our time is as precious as the hospital's. I set the alarm for 6.a.m. was ready for 7.15.a.m. paid £3.00 on the train, queued up outside the hospital and all the time the staff at the hospital knew that they were going to turn people away. That is so wrong!!!! NHS have never been good communicators and this just proves it. You ask which department I visited, I didn't even get to visit a department just the reception area!
