Everything. The lavatories are always badly, if ever, cleaned.

I am almost tee-total, yet a man (Dr??) came up and asked how the drinking was going and if I'd managed to cut down. I was really upset at this but there was no-one to tell this to because, at 3am there was only one doctor on duty in the whole of casualty. I was stuck there until 7 or 8am. I am disabled and was treated as badly as ever in that place. The ambulance people who came to my house refused to leave me at home with a massive haematoma and gave me no choice as to where to go.

I hate that hospital.
