"Many thanks to your wonderful staff"

My daughter unfortunately had a missed-miscarriage and needed to attend on a number of occasions. During this upsetting and traumatic time all the staff were absolutely wonderful. So caring, understanding and extremely professional. They involved her in all the decisions and took the time to sit with her and explain everything. As everyone knows the NHS is stretched to the limit, however all the staff added the much appreciated human touch even though they were very busy. Many thanks to all the nurses, doctors and all the staff.
