These days it seems that everyone wants to criticize the NHS staff but the treatment and care that I received from the staff at Southlands Hospital was first class. Starting with my first visit on the 17th Feb 2015. Having attended for trial without catheter or TWOK, which failed. The care that I received was excellent, this then continued when a Urology nurse came in to treat me as well. Both of these nurses were very professional but also made me feel at ease. They also arranged further appointments that I required. I then returned to Southlands on Thursday 14th May for day surgery and once again the treatment and care that I received from all of the staff was first class. My latest visit was to see the Urology nurses again for my 2nd TWOK on Tuesday 19th May. Both nurses were exceptional in dealing with a problem that was not really their field but they made sure that I got to see the right people. Excellent work, thank you everyone. Nick Collins
