"Pros and cons"

Paramedics, Resus, A&E & Ward 16 staff great. Kept me up to date. Tried reassuring me. I felt my son was in the best hands. Felt let down by A&E receptionist ignoring my Mum for 10 minutes leaving her to stand and wait. I understand how busy the staff are but to not even be acknowledged is just rude. I didn't feel like the ward was as clean as it could be. Cloths being used were dirty. Food average, but staff serving them were pleasant
