"Horrible nurses! Go to Watford if you have a child"

I cannot believe that the disgusting attitude and the unwillingness to do things properly at this urgent care centre, I will definetly be going to Watford if needed! My husband took our son to Hemel as the waiting time is thought to be faster. At the reception it took 10mins just to get our details after everything being on the system already as I had called nhs direct before going. Then after a wait of two hours we asked at reception about the wait, we got a confused response and then guess what....we happened to be next! While with the nurse, they completely blanked my husband as proceeded to ask silly questions to my 8year old son, one of them being 'who is this man with you?' What's that all about?! How rude! Disgusting absolutely disrespectful racist attitude! Avoid this hospital!
