(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

As a young single mum of two on your first big trip away from home on your own it can be a daunting though, but I can not thank the lovely ladies and bus drivers enough for such a great day out. I immediatley felt at ease, everyone was so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Thank You all so much for such a wonderful experience, me and the kids look forward to the next time.

I am pleased we could part of making this a positive experience, being a parent is not always starightforward and we always try to help in the best way we can. A warm welcome is waiting for you should you wish to come to any of our other events in the centre or around Newark
