"My sisters visit to A/E"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

My sister was told by the sister on NHS111 to go straight away to hospital due to her symptoms and they even wanted to get an ambluance for her. We took my sister to the hospital and told the person on reception about what was said, my sister was told to sit and wait until they called her which wasn't long, she was in a cubicle and had her blood pressure and temp took plus an ECG. A nurse then said someone would be back to take blood, no one came until 3 hours later, a doctor of the A/E dept who was rather rude did not act professional at all, they took some blood then my sister had a panic attack which she does suffer from. the doctor even said to the nurses i didn't like the look of her so i pushed her off the trolley, maybe this doctor should be careful what they say when there are other patients in other cublices who could hear everything, and that was totaly disgusting coming out with that statement and should be giving a warning, what ever happened to patient care?? The second Doctor who saw my sister afterwards was totaly different and more understanding we are thinking about putting in a complaint about the first Doctor who dealt with my sister as it's not acceptable behaviour and if he acts that way with all patients he's in the wrong profession.
