"clover suite"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

Whilst in the waiting room in clover suite, the receptionist was making a telephone call and was heard to use offensive language when expressing dissatisfaction with the size of the following days patient list. As an NHS professional myself I was shocked and disappointed that the receptionist felt it appropriate to use such language in a work environment let alone in front of patients. They also huffed at me when I asked them how roughly late clinic the was running - I was happy to wait but needed to rearrrange my childcare to allow me to wait as I had already waited an hour past my appointment time. I does not fill me with confidence when manners and professional language are distinctly lacking. Luckily when I did see the consultant they were polite courteous - and did not swear!

Sarah, thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear about your experience in Clover Suite, I will pass your concerns onto the management team for the department. Regards
