I went for a blood test this morning, and was dreading the usual long wait. I was very pleasantly surprised to be dealt with after 20 mins. wait. There had been some refurbishment and the waiting area was much smaller, so I would have thought there would have been many more people waiting. I wont be dreading it so much next time!
