I was seen promptly, given a good clear explanation of what to expect, how long it might take and who would treeat me; then saw the specialist who gave further detail of risk, of the possible operation, and arranged a further scan; this took not too long and was conducted with care & friendliness, then back to specialist when we both agreed to defer an operation for a year; while at the REI I observed several elderly patients in wheelchairs or using walking aids, all receiving the same friendly, patient care that I had received. Spoke to other patients who gae same account, and all in soite of large numbers being treated. all so different to horror stories in the Press. My deepest thanks to all concerned.
"Very impressed by quality of treatment"
