What I liked
This hospital saved my life in 2001 after a burst appendix. Have to say that cleanliness on the ward was vile, though clinical care was good. Back again in 2007 with cancer. It has been brilliant. Gateway Surgical Centre is lovely. Aftercare has been second to none. Also my husband has had really good care for several problems. Heart Unit is second to none.

What could be improved
Not a lot really. Could complain about cleaning standards in 2001 but reckon you have addressed that already. So no complaints there. Health Central is so much better than the old system. I appreciate it all.
Anything else?
The Chemo Unit and Breast care nurses, and the ICU are in my heart and prayers every day for their dedication, skill and humanity.
