while on holiday in London I had a relapse of Nephrotic Syndrome (kidneys) When I attended the Emergency Dept I was extremely impressed They did all the tests. Urine, blood, X-ray. The results were ready in about an hour I saw several people, finally with the Registrar who explained the situation clearly and with expertise. They also listened thoughtfully to my answers to their questions. Medicine was prescribed and two weeks later the situation had mproved I could not have been more impressed
