"How all outpatients should be"

I have to visit outpatients a few times a year and Chalfont Hospital never fails to make the process more bearable. The staff are welcoming and if inevitable delays occur they try to keep patients informed. The atmosphere seems more caring than other large hospitals as well. Free and plentiful .car parking helps too.
