"Physiotherapy"

I attended within 3 months from doctor's referral. despite alterations being made at the hospital reception and instructions to clinic were managed very well. I was running late for first appointment but staff still fit me in and in a pleasant manner. Treatment was excellent and was explained to me and discussed with me by the physiotherapist. Follow up appointments were made easily within the time frame the physio required. I only attended as out patient so cannot comment on wards etc but as i walked through the hospital everything appeared clean and staff not 'running to stand still'. all seemed to be in a professional controlled way.
