"Excellent service and quick too"

I had an MRI scan last week at the Lister. I was lucky to have an evening appointment which fits in around my work. I was seen as soon as I arrived at the department. The department was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Within 2 days of my appointment I had a letter asking me to contact my GP for the results. The NHS have so much criticism - it is about time they were praised for the things they do well.
