What I liked
After my kidney transplant, few weeks later i was addmitted to ITU. Staff were very supportive and caring. My family were regularly informed of my medical care
What could be improved
renal ward
Lack of communication between doctors patients and family memebers.
poor basic nursing i.e nurses too tired to get a blanket or bed pan.
Revolting attitudes of some doctors and nurses
Misleading information
delays in treatment
Anything else?
Doctors should communicate with patients and families.
Listen to patients concerns
Involve patients in treatments plans
Answer questions to things that may have gone wrong.
Consultants should be more available.
