"Day Surgery in Trinity daycare ward"

The service provided by all the staff that I came into contact with was very efficient and also caring. I was actually a bit apprehensive about having my operation as I have not been a patient for probably over 20 years, I needn't have been. All the bad media reports about the NHS definetly dose not apply to Mount Vernon. The whole experience was excellent . The pre-op appointment at Hillingdon Hospital wasn't so efficient , meeting the doctor was fine, but the I was sent to another dept where I had to wait to fill in a form which could have easily been sent out with my appointment letter. I then asked if I could have my pre-op assessment at Mount Vernon, I was told I could, when it arrived it was booked at Hillindon so I had to email to change it. As I am self-employed time is precious, so it's a pity Hillingdon is not as helpful & efficient as Mount Vernon 10/10 for Trinity Ward Mount Vernon
