I am not sure which direction the hospital is going now. Having been in private health for many years I have seen the level of service expected after paying huge premiums to cover prompt efficient service. Whilst I understand there are massive renovation works happening at the moment, I actually was asked to change for theater in a cupboard and then wander past all the workmen in a gown. I did this as the terror of the surgery ahead numbed me of all embarrassment. It is only afterwards you consider did I actually do this....I remember in the past being given a menu for the post op snack....now you are given toast !! The staff are super efficient clinically.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your experience with us and please accept my apologies for the situation that you encountered during your stay. We have tried to minimise the impact of the hospital's refurbishment on our patients and I am extremely disappointed that we failed to prevent it in this case. The build will be complete in 6 more weeks and I assure you that the hospital will then be back to the standards our private patients would expect.
