"Wonderful care !"

My mother was admitted to Beech Ward on 7th April after sustaining a hip fracture. Hers was s complicated case as she has had all four knee and hip joints replaced over a period of 18 years. As a family , we were extremely anxious as she presented a high risk in terms of age , infection etc. The staff provided a first class level of care over her 7 week stay and we can not praise them enough. They listened patiently to our concerns and were extremely approachable despite being so very busy . They were respectful to my mother at all times. The nurses, healthcare assistants , physios , doctors etc were all cheerful and always polite . The ward was spotless and was regularly cleaned. All in all , the care we received was superb and we are grateful to all the staff for making my mother's stay so comfortable.
