(as the patient),

My wife dropped me off so that I could book in for my eye treatment.

My eye treatment was done on time and with great professionalism. When I came out into the light I was struggling to see but with my wife's guidance we got back to where she parked the car.

The car park was absolutely disgusting, great big holes and very uneven just what you want if you cant see! .

Total disgrace to be charged to park in this bomb site.
