"left a lot to be desired"

About: Wrightington Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had a THR at Wrightinton 6 weeks ago. I have to say the post-op care was abysmal and staff attitude left a lot to be desired.

I was glad to leave only to be re-admitted to another hospital two days later as I was ill. I do believe I actually started being ill whilst in Wrightington and it wasn't spotted.

Thanks for your somewhat delayed response to a post from an Oldham resident.

It might be useful for you to publish an e-mail address or phone number for your Patient Relations Department, especially as Patient Opinion inform me that they don't have a valid e-mail address for the person who posted their patient story.
