"Within minutes, my life had been transformed"

About: Dewsbury Health Centre / Podiatry

(as the patient),

My appointment was for 1. 50 pm. Met promptly on time by a student technician, very polite, and escorted through to the Biomechanics Consulting Room. I was advised that I needed special shoe inserts to make my life more bearable, and after measuring my feet, I was told they would be made on sight by their own engineer.

I could either wait, approximately 30 minutes, or have them posted to me. I decided to wait and within the stipulated time James arrived with the prescribed shoe inserts.

Within minutes, my life had been transformed.

Well done to everyone concerned. NO COMPLAINTS, ONLY PRAISE!
