I had to attend CRH A&E department on Friday afternoon (15th May) following a sudden what I now know is called an SRT having never experienced one before I was very frightened and also alone when it happened. Upon arrival until I left I can honestly say each and very single member of staff were wonderful! The triage doctor was very attentive and upon checking and seeing my heart was up at 200 they took me into resus to be monitored, I was then looked after by a doctor who came and explained what an SRT was and put my mind at ease, thus bringing my heart rate down also. I was then seen to by 2 fab nurses and also a student nurse and also a lovely nurse who did my ECG scans. I just wanted to feedback on the brilliant service and care I received as a patient at CRH on Friday. Hopefully I wont ever find myself needing to attend in the near future but if I did I would be happy knowing the experience ive had whilst in. Thank you
