I am a patient of the doctor and was asked to contact the doctor two weeks after a procedure to check progress by email as I need to be referred on, but no one will give me their email address or pass on the message. Most of the time when I ring I just get the answerphone which you can't leave a message on and anyone else refuses to take any details. Whilst the Dr themselves has been really good and wants to help, I get hindered every step of the way by the administrative and red tape that appears everywhere in this hospital
