About: Pinderfields General Hospital

My father was moved from the departure suite , Ward 1, yet again on a Friday because of staffing, only this time nobody in the hospital could locate him to pay a visit... apparently the computer had not updated his whereabouts. How much tosh is this really? You have lost my dad and you expect me to accept it is a computer problem... The problem yet again lies at the heart of the way this trust is being run and the CQC report backs me up more and more at each turn. Communication in your hospital, between wards and between management and the decisions made by same to staff is abysmal. Get it sorted, your patients and their families deserve more respect and less 'excuses and letters' saying how you will change things, to find they are the same 12 months on.
