I was referred to St Marks Endoscopy Unit as I very recently had unprovoked deep vein thrombosis & they needed to rule out a possible abdomen problem.My pre-assesment sister explained everything to me in full and answered any queries I had. They also did thorough checks on my past medical history .All the staff & endoscopists were were very kind to me.After my flexible sigmoidosocopy I was given a report with findings and recommendations.Superb professional & patient communication at this hospital.I thank you all
