About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

15/05/2015. Had to take my adult son to the A@E dept during the evening after he had cut through his finger. After seeing the negative press about A&E feared the worse,but we were pleasantly surprised,as he was seen after about an hour,examined,xrayed,bandaged and given a further appointment for Monday to visit Plastic Surgery.We were very impressed by the whole experienced and could find anything to moan about.

Thanks for your feedback! I am pleased to hear that everything went well for your son, and that he was even been given a follow-up appointment in the Plastic Surgery Department, as I can imagaine that with just this extra detail of care, your son's nerves must have been put to ease.
