What I liked at 10am 12 may 2009, i got message from health visiter, message wasn't clear enough to understand. Then i call children recption centre, she was very rude, she didn't help me, then she transfer call to one of health visiter, she didn't have patient to listen to me. suddenly she put phone down. What could be improved? i would like to good mamer of recption and give right information, and helpul, good place to visit. more trained need for recption and health vister because health visiter left message, it wasn't clear, when i spoke to vister by phone. she was very rude.
