I would just like to say that my experience was second to none. Everybody was very friendly and competent. Waiting time was minimal- appointment at 11am and leaving by 1.40pm. Comfortable seats in the waiting area. The procedure went very well. I was sedated and so had no knowledge of it Thank you to all involved
