"still waiting for pain mangement to ring me back"

why iam i still waiting for pain mangement to get back to me since the 17th april and i have left 2 previous messages and left 2 more today , i was supposed to be seen in pain clinic on the 17th april, but i was in a&e with a gynea problem , so the receptionist at a&e rang pain clinic to let them know i was in a&e and could they please send out new appointment , i was really upset that i couldnt go to the appointment as i was going to see new pain consultant , after members of the pain mangement set this up as i did have a choose and book form , ive left messages and on my last pain mangement course day the receptionist said they would sort it out for me but still nothing , iam very upset as i have osteoarthritis both knees both hips , complex regional pain syndrome and fibromylia . iam in constant pain every day , please can this be looked in to
