"Tired of chasing things"

About: Tameside General Hospital

I recently attended Tameside hospital back in February for spinal injections which didnt work. A week later they called me as planned and said they would refer back to my specialist who would have to go through the next options with me, and that i should get a letter from them with the next 4 weeks. So now we are in May, and i feel like a mug. When i was waiting for my last appointment (the spinal injections), I had also then waited much longer than expected. So I rang them, it came to light that the very in-efficient receptionist had not only forgot to put my contact number on record, but as for my address all the had was my house number, and a wrong street name. So how I was actually going to get my letter I had no idea. I was told this had now been updated. Yet again im waiting for them to contact me, and im sure there will be another poor excuse as to why they have not been able too. I would appreciate some form of contact and before i update you with any details you may need and would actually like to know what you actually have on record for me. Hopefully I will get some reply to this. Thanks
