Wasn't to happy with the ENT department as had to explain to them four times that I am on benifits. The consultant I saw didn't seem they new what they were doing and didn't explaine who they were or anything else properly. Also they don't no if I need another appointment and when I call and ask the keep telling me different things. No one seems to no what they doing
