"Overwhelmed by the good natured and caring kindness of the team"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

My husband has recently had a number of falls and I have on each occasion had to call on your paramedics for help to get him up and on his feet again.

This was provided almost immediately and I was quite overwhelmed by the good natured and caring kindness of the team. Various tests took place and every effort was made by the paramedics to make my husband feel comfortable and more at ease.

I cannot praise their care highly enough and hope that it will be possible, through you, to extend our gratitude and thanks.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
