"My nights on B2 stroke ward"

My initial treatment in A&E and by my consultant were good. The nurses and staff during the day were attentive and ok with me. My nights were horrendous. Several of the night staff were unkind and even cruel! I managed not to upset them but if you did, your night was a nightmare. The patients suffering from stroke were elderly and most could not speak or move. If you had your faculties and said something they did not like it was not good.. Spot checks or hidden cameras a good idea?
