"Poor service from doctors surgery"

I made an appointment for the following day at 10. 00am. I had to take the morning off work to attend but at 9. 45am I received a call from the receptionist saying my appointment was cancelled as the locum GP was due in at 9 o clock and they had just realised she hadn't come. I spoke to the practice manager to complain at the lateness of the cancellation and a new appointment was made for a few days later at 5. 55pm. at 2. 55pm on the day of my new appointment, it was cancelled again due to another GP had failing to turn up. My new appointment is now next week and the receptionist was very indifferent to me, making no enquiry into how my health may be impacted as a result of the long wait or offering any apology for my inconvenience.
