What I liked

I was sent to Northwick Park from my local hospital, Ealing. I was due to see the maxilliofacial surgeon.

To be completely honest I wasn't happy being sent there as I didn't have a high opinion of the hospital.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The A&E department was very clean, the staff were fantastic.

I had to wait a while for the surgeon to arrive, had xrays and blood tests while waiting.

The surgeon was lovely, really put me at ease, explained everything to me and decided that I didn't have to be admitted. I was given some medication and sent home.

I was very pleased with the service I received at A&E, was far superior to the service I had at my local hospital, Ealing..

The staff were very polite and caring, explaining everything to me at every point of my care.

I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
