Lovely hospital great staff. Let down by one huge factor - You will constantly be exposed to passive smoking outside the main entrances and the hospital does not enforce the no smoking policy or have any dedicated smoking areas. Horrible.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are sorry that people were smoking outside the main entrance of the hospital. Clearly this is not acceptable, staff are regularly reminded that if they see people smoking on site they can challenge them to stop. This matter is also constantly monitored by the Trust's Management Team. We are very sorry this was a problem when you were using our facilities. Kind regards, Sue Needs, Advice & Complaints Team.
