About: Pinderfields General Hospital

I am very disappointed in the lack of understanding re my condition I have been a patient at this hospital for many years. I do not have the choice to change re post code etc one particular Nurse, who is suppose to look after me, has no bed side manners at all. Is suppose to go through a routine of questions, none which they did. I also brought up questions of my own, the nurse got rather stroppy and in answering me was walking out of the door. As doing so other patients witnessed this and I was left feeling very upset. I must point out the other nurses are very good, in fact excellent understanding and caring, but do not specialise in my condition. A health care provider, I always thought, should be compassionate about their job! This one unfortunately I don't think knows the meaning of the word! Feeling disappointment and just another number.
