"lovely reception & triage nurse...go not so much....."

About: Queen Marys Hospital (Sidcup)

Booked in very efficiently, seen quickly by triage nurse practitioner who was very caring and chatty. Waited 90 mins to see GP (not that long), who was very abrupt from the moment I was called in, asked if i thought i had a brain bleed or heart attack or what was it I was concerned about. Made me feel like I was totally wasting their time. Have had better experiences at this good hospital.

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to read the good experience that you had with the reception team, streaming nurse and the time you waited. I am very sorry about the service you received from the GP who saw you. Without specifics I am unable to speak to the Doctor directly about their manner but i will speak to all staff about being aware how they are percieived by others.
