"Complete disgrace"

About: BMI - Thornbury Hospital (Sheffield)

Complete incompetence from the booking teams and reservation staff to the point I refused to use BMI and Thornbury itself. Wait times longer than NHS, call back times..... non existent, the admin staff at both Thorbury and BMI HQ need a big shake up, I expect far better.
