"left for two hours whilst throat swelling"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I came in at 4.30 am with swelling of the throat which I suffer with. Normally I'm straight in, on a iv and looked out for untill symptoms improve. Today this wasn't the case. I was put in an end cubical so no one could see me neither did I get checked on! Not once! I never received treatment and walked out after two hours. They probably still think I'm in that cubical when in fact I'm now at my g p waiting for steroids. It's lucky that I didn't take a turn for the worst on this occasion!!! Worrying and disgraceful
