"daycase"

As soon as I arrived I was cared for as I was the only person there. The whole team was amazing. The receptionist who was in charge of greeting,going through paperwork and explaining what was happening was excellent. When I got to waiting room because of my disability they even brought me a chair with arms so I could sit down. The team of my consultant whilst in theatre were very friendly and supportive throughout and the anesthetist who had the gas and air was essential!! Great sense of humour. The receptionist from before then looked after me for my after care providing a well received cup of coffee and some biscuits. Amazing,very very happy with service throughout.
