"Kindness from Endoscopy ward 1"

With so many too eager to criticise I couldn't let my experience as an outpatient in the Endoscopy ward. From start to finish I was greeted with nothing with kind consideration and friendliness. EVERYONE, without exception, was a credit to their profession. I recognised a well practiced teamwork spirit. Thank you to you all for carefully explaining every stage of the procedures, before and after. You are all an enormous asset to the hospital. Again a very big thank you. I wouldn't expect any more from a five star hotel with the service I received.

Thank you for kind comments about the dedication and commitment of NHS staff and the excellent teamwork you experienced in our Endoscopy Department. You are not alone when you state how kind and caring the team are and how well they explain the procedures keeping patients informed about their treatment.
